The purpose of this Work Plan is to establish procedures for conducting a Removal action and Site Investigation at the Native Village of Northeast Cape (NVNC). The purpose of the work proposed under the Native American Lands Envirnoment Mitigation Program (NALEMP) FY12 Cooperative Agreement is to conainerize and remove identified physical and environmental hazards on Native-owned lands in and around the NVNC. This report was developed for the Native Village of Savoonga for approval by USACE.
